I believe I can!

This is what every individual is about. Some of us know it and walk this path; some are on the road to self-discovery. But there are many more whose life has not shown the path itself. Somewhere deep down they do know they are talented but have no platform or even the basic handholding and recognition needed to pursue it.

Creative Expressions Empowering Dreams (CREEED) is a Non-Profit Organisation set up to help creative marginalized Singaporean women realize their talents.

Economically or socially disadvantaged women in Singapore are the target recipients of CREEED’s activities.

CREEED believes that programs designed to foster creative development will help to rebuild a sense of inner worth, confidence and beauty for women who have been in disadvantageous and difficult circumstances in life.

Checked into the very beautiful Shanghai Mansions, right in the heart of Bangkok’s Chinatown. and this is where the journey begins!

After freshing up, I hit the streets where the main road was closed for the Lunar New Year celebrations with a huge and long street bazaar selling food, clothes, leather products & the list goes on… Tons of people and the air was filled with a sense of festive celebration!

The morning after was a totally different view…. Have a look for yourself!

A land of food, food and more food… These are lunches & dinners!

Really interesting places to explore in Bangkok’s Chinatown… Time to bring out the walking shoes and rubber waistband Bermudas soon, I hope!
